相约北美 / 移民留学 / 我有一个关于新移民申请大学时所要提交的推荐信的问题...I have a question about the letters of recommendation. I heard, for an immigrant who is going to apply to a univ. in Canada,
a letter of recommendation from his former employer is preferable. Therefore, I'm going to prepare 2 from school, 1 from
my previous employer. Is it proper?

Your idea is all right , but if you have left school for long time I think it is ok too if you submit two from employer

yes, if the school doesn't ask refree to answer questions on a provided sheet. Even though a letter with company letterhead could be seen as a credit.
