我几天自己试了一下, 好像没什么区别. 问了一下身边的老外,他说让我选择plain text. 不知道为何。

如果含有非英语，为防止乱码就选rich text 。

sending in rich text may keep the formating features of the text. plan text has no formating features. not all emali client software support rich text format. to be safe, you 'd better use plan text,
