independent applicant can land on canada first than dependent applicant. both should landing in valid period.

技巧：面试时最好不要同移民官讲这些，要给他你们夫妻相爱同生同死的感觉。在面试结束，移民官明确给你APPROVAL之后，可以在感谢他的时候，“顺变”提一下这个问题。。。
