SS7 and tradition switch project is out of date,so if you want to find a good job in Ottawa without difficult,you must be familiar with Optical,ATM or 3G wireless technology. Wish you luck

Don't say that, SS7 is still used in 3G to translate signal messages, interesting work.

Of course,the signaling of wireless is based on SCCP of SS7,but knowing only SS7 is not enough,you must know other protocols of wireless.And nortel has some products of SS7 switch,but it is a minor product.
