Yes, using yeast is easy, and no 碱 is necessary at all. Just a mild reminder, when use yeast, you should mix yeast with powder before you add any water.

用了YEAST再用碱会怎么样？我几乎每次都这样，结果面发的非常的好，上笼蒸的也很好看，个个都很好，可出来后就塌了，气得我现在一点做的心情都没有。
