Maybe we should try to use english, combined with chinese, if it is necessary, to talk. Personally, I think it is a better way to improve our english. Of course, if you really want to improve your english, please don't come here. It is a place for playing instead of learning.

"I am" is already a present tense of "to be"...in this case, one can use "I rarely come here"/ "I am not here often"/"I havent been here much", etc. etc. "I am rarely to be here" sounds awkward
