People are motivated by his or her top two values.High utilitarian value are the foundation for the following careers: salesperson, entrepreneur,financial officer, professional organizer, banker.
High aesthetic are the key motive for the career, such as interior designer, musician, artist, chef, hair stylist, phtographer......
Only when we know what other person's value, then we know what he or she is interested in talking about, then we can begin to figure out how to communicate with this person.
