相约北美 / 移民留学 / My passport has never been used. 出境卡is for visiting friend in Canada. If I have the immigration visa and this kind of 出境卡, do the custom officers check out? Is there any trouble with the passport and 出境卡?

In this case, you will not be allowed to go through. An immigrant visa must be associated with a Chujingka stating the same purpose.
