My lesson: when I call CCPE after I wait for 3 month, they told me they had not received my transcripts, I trust my memory and I insist to ask the lady to check again, so what? she found it at the end of my big envelop( so do not use uncessary size envelop even it may be free).
My suggestion is make a phone call to CCPE instead of waiting, trust me, it is worth for you future.
