2. 写作还是中文思维怎么办？请不要泛泛地说只要多写多练就可以。我自己写作的问题就是虽然能清楚表达，少有语法或逻辑错误，但整个的思维还是受中式行文的影响，用词也经常不够准确。总之一看就是非英语母语也非英语专业人士写的。

Question 1. Is he motivated? My impression is that he is pretty content with what he has: good job, comfortable with clinical English after 12 years of work, why bother keeping pushing it? He is not obsessed.
