I know. My friend has a english turtor who were retired and feel boring at home. They are happy to meet people as well. They are volunteer in teaching english. But they are in USA. I am just asking if there are someons like this in Toronto.

spoken english needs real hard conversations, constantly and continuously. otherwise, you probably will 原地踏步 for a long time. find some part time work or school, with only english speakers.
