From a 60%, say, to 90%, it was a reasonable trade-off. from 90% to 95%, no, it will not be a resonable trade-off. fine tune-up can be done alternatively. thanks so much.

OUT is the most challenging...over 30 meanings in dictionary.com. most common and less obvious meaning must be "exhaust, to the end...", such as in "try out".
