google 说，Tone 就是Attitude。 如何传达你的信息。因为写作不能用声音语调身体手势来 传达，只能靠文字， 就更难了。

我在想小C说的 SEEM, FEEL LIKE。确实柔和了，但 这是否和 Assertive 相冲突呢？ 一般别人给建议，若不是 Assertive，那又怎能 Pursuasive呢

Appear, seem, likely, etc 侧重于个人的主观看法，有不确定不自信的因素，工作中有时WEAK。如要礼貌，多用礼貌术语：I would like to, Kindly, please, appreciate,etc。多用建议式语句(why don't we), try to involve others (let's work together)。
