俺的理解是transfered等于relocated,所以这意思就是公司现如今乐意帮助新雇员的配偶找工作，实际上很多公司愿意做“双雇佣”，只要配偶双方条件符合公司要求。

我试一下．transferred employees应指相关工作经验．有不妥处， 望指正．＂由于丈夫和妻子在外工作的情况日益普遍, 公司开始帮助寻找工作机会给有相关工作经验的夫妇．＂ transferred employees应指相关工作经验．我们简历上有一句＂Ｒｅｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ ａｖａｉｌａｂｌｅ ．．．＂， Ｒｅｆｅｒｅｎｃｅ就是相关工作经验的证明（由前雇主提供）．所以transferred employees是有前雇主提供证明的相关工作经验．简单的说：鉴于双职工现象已普遍存在，如夫妇都有相关的工作经验， 雇主愿意（优先？）提供机会．

我认为fatboy前面的理解是对的。transferred = relocated. 这里不是指新雇员，而是公司需要雇员从一个城市转到另一个城市工作时，由于前半句提到夫妻俩个都在工作，所以公司有责任帮雇员的配偶找到工作。
