Very good question. To me, Canadian value means, fairness, respect for human rights, lives and diversity, positive attitude, honoring the law etc.

Canadians tend to be more liberal in social issues; we are more open when it comes to different religious beliefs; we are seen not as aggressive and far more polite when dealing with others (comparing to US);
