雇主和雇员之间有关系的雇佣（尤其是血缘关系，婚姻关系，同居关系，或者领养关系）。但是如果雇佣条款很正常，也就是说没有反映双方的关系，那么这个有关系的人（雇主或者雇员）我们就算他没有关系。

我的理解是那些关系认定为"不到arm's-length"(就是有裙带了)关系，但如果他们的雇佣条款和其他人完全一样，就认为是符合arm's-length(就是没裙带了)。
