1.填表要附照片,照片用订书机订在表上吗?照片不是搞坏了?
2.表上有些地方,例如14项,我只需填配偶情况,后面空三列,是空着还是要写什么,例如:not applicable
3.签名一定要英文的吗?我还听说要签中文,到底是什么?
4.推荐人的联系电话留手机号码可以吗?顺便问个
