译为【每天一苹果，不用上诊所】比 “每天一个苹果，医生远离我” 更押韵，也更顺口。英谚中的day和away押韵，主语部分和谓语部分分别是五个音节和六个音节。中文翻译中的“果”和“所”也是押韵，首尾两个分句都是五个汉字（五个音节）。
