是的, 错误发音会妨碍听力是很多英语学习者最容易忽略的地方,总觉得听的多了,听力好了发音自动会改善,其实不然,错误的发音会在脑海里刻下一个错误的印记,引导你重复犯错并妨碍你建立正确标准。

听,我觉得要靠时间积累,和对词正确(或者叫 AVERAGE)发音的掌握。技精,唯手熟尔。读和说,我们是移民,有发音缺陷(相对西人来说,个别网友说自己没有缺陷),所以只能尽量。写,要靠刻苦的锻炼。

口音或发音错误导致交流出现不明白,或误解,才能叫缺陷。仅仅是有口音不能叫缺陷。比如(用大家都听过的人的口音,易于界定):毛说普通话的口音太重,可以说有缺陷。而,江泽民的口音明显,但交流没问题,就不应该算成 说普通话 有缺陷 之列。

Listening and speaking are totally different skills, you may not respond properly even though you fully understand what you hear, speaking takes a logic thinking and good knowledge of situation

Speaking is highly dependent on listening --- you speak what you've listened.It is common that a non-native speaker can't speak in the way like a native speaker does, although she/he is able to articulate every single word correctly. It's highly likely that she/he learned a non-native way of speaking sentences --- from listening.
