Just say : Wait a minute. Or Let me finish (my talk) first....Take your time finishing your points. Then turn towards him. Smile and look at him. Say " What you were trying to tell me / us ?"

If you want to be more firm, just say to him / them : Don't micromanage me while I am talking. You're not my dad.....

Thanks for the suggestion. Micro management is normally used to describe managers' behaviors.This guy is normal co worker. He likes to show off his english skills some times. when I talk to other co workers, he likes jump in and show this native slang's. it's not professional and not respect.
