不仅仅是指你自己面对规则左右为难进退两难，而是制定规则的领导，左右互搏自相矛盾，表达的重点是讥讽领导们的弱智和刁难，和普通大兵们的无可奈何无所适从。逃不过的第二十二条军规。

个人看法：像这么文艺的表达方式还是慎用为好。您不能保证您的交流对象读过这本书，而且在比较正式的交流中引用这样的Fiction来修辞显得不很适当。

其实不然, catch/catch 22 是狠常用的词. 其实近几年不少Drama都用词考究, Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Suits

I learnt it from a meeting, when I didn't know. then I checked with internet. I think it's useful expression.
