Use the paper material to prepare CBT TOEFL. My husband just took TOEFL and his score is 283. He said the level is the same. You can also borrow CBT preparation books from the public library.

我感觉你还是找一个好的老师补习为好，因为CBT和国内的PBT很不一样。
我有朋友介绍大温有一家叫《东方剑桥》的托福学校很不错，你可以去看看。当然你水平很高，可以完全自习。
