北美讲求的是就事论事(fact)。如果是有关工作的事，礼貌地发e-mail，（也是document it），首先陈述今天和昨天事实，请clarify。

How about these:1) Hey, you said this today and tomorrow you say another thing. Are you kidding me? （比较简单的一种）
2) Come on, you said one thing today and quite contrary/the opposite the next day. Are you kidding me? （稍微复杂一些）
再复杂的还有，但日常对话没有必要用太文绉绉的词，所以就省略了。
Come on! 和 Are you kiddding me? 都是表示不耐烦、怀疑的用语，可以交替使用。所以，把 Come on! 放在第一句也是可以的。
