第一题A还有点道理，not again implys“不是吧，怎么又要开了”，可见邻居常开party. 是不是disturbing 这里不能确定。 第二题实在不明白。

What a stupid answers! if someone tells you there is "Another" something, it implies you know the current one.2nd one should be D since it asks the "MAN"'s assumption. Since he got suprised, the answer should be that HE is not suprised as supposed.
