干嘛用的？写作业用的？:P 粗略的看了一下，大意是讲如果同样的事实已经根据第52条对某人提出过order，那么就不再以这一部分条款的内容再次提出order。如果涉及你自己的事务，你还是要多看看前后上下条款，以免受我误导。
